Details:  $250.00 – $1,500.00 North Carolina Vietnam Veterans Scholarship for Vietnam Veterans, spouses of Vietnam Veterans or direct descendants of Vietnam Veterans.  Applicants must be residents of Wake, Durham, Harnett, Johnston, Franklin, Nash, Chatham, or Granville Counties of North Carolina.

Details:  $1,000.00  Norfolk State University Alumni Association, Prince George’s County, Maryland Chapter (NSUAA) Scholarship for Maryland residents enrolling/enrolled at Norfolk State University.  Scholarships available for incoming freshmen, as well as current Norfolk State University students.

Details:  $2,000.00 – $10,000.00 Islamic Scholarship Fund Scholarships for Muslim students majoring in Policy, Law, Journalism and/or Media. Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

Details:  Up to $5,000.00 Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA) Scholarships for Asian-American students interested in a Journalism career.  Scholarships currently available for graduating high school seniors through graduate students.

Details: $2,500.00  Association of African American Financial Advisors (AAAA) Scholarships for students enrolled at an HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Colleges) pursuing a degree leading to a career as a Certified Financial Planner.

Details:  $1,000.00 West Virginia Youth Wrestling Association (WVYWA) Scholarship for graduating West Virginia high school scholar-athletes.  Must have lettered at least 2x as a high school wrestler. Four (4) scholarships will be awarded.

Details:  $2,500.00 Chicago Defender Charities, Inc. Bud Billiken™ Scholarship Program for graduating Illinois high school seniors and undergraduate freshmen and sophomores.  Min. 2.6 GPA required.  All majors eligible.  Multiple scholarships awarded.

Details:  Up to $4,000.00 D.C. Mayor’s Scholars Undergraduate Program for District of Columbia residents enrolling in a qualifying college or university.  Must have been a District of Columbia resident for the past twelve months.  Min. 2.5 GPA and FAFSA required.

Details: Up to $20,000.00 Islamic Scholarship Fund Film Grants for aspiring Muslim filmmakers. Must create a film project in one of the following formats:  Narrative Feature Length, Short Film, Animation or Documentary. May work in “mixed” teams, but at least one (1) team member must be Muslim.
Due Date:  July 5, 2019 (Extended deadline)
Details:  Round-trip airfare (up to $600.00)/Hotel accommodations (up to 4 nights) Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) Travel Scholarship for college undergraduates interested in attending the SACNAS annual conference in Honolulu,  Hawai’i (October 31, 2019 – November 2, 2019).  Should be interested pursuing a STEM-related graduate program and must be a SACNAS member.

Details:  Full-tuition/Books/Supplies/Internship Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising  (FIDM) GUESS Scholars Program for graduating high school seniors, college undergraduates and graduate students.

Details:  $1,000.00 Armenian American Medical Society Scholarship for Armenian-American students enrolled in Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Physician Assistant, Nursing or other professional healthcare school.  Five (5) scholarships will be awarded.

Details:  $5,000.00 – $7,000.00 Letitia Moore Charitable Trust Scholarship for Art and Art History majors.  Must have completed at least one (1) year of college and have a min. 3.0 GPA.
