1) Must be nominated; 2) Must be an incoming Boston University graduate student; 3) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 4) Fellowship awarded as follows: full-time tuition at the GRS rate, plus the Student Services and Health & Wellness fees, a stipend for living expenses, and Boston University basic health insurance.

NOTE: Students may not apply directly for this award. Candidates are nominated by the department of admission. To be considered for this fellowship, a student should be in contact with the department of admission to request nomination, and provide to the department a statement describing his or her accomplishments in and commitment to social justice and community involvement.
