1) Must have been accepted for admission to Michigan State University (“MSU”); 2) Demonstrated financial need; 3) FAFSA required; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) MSU acceptance letter required; 6) Letters of references must be on official letterhead; 7) At least one (1) reference must be from a school official; 8) Scholarship award payable in the following installments: One-half of the award will be distributed during the Fall semester and one-half of the award will be distributed during the Spring semester (provided recipient maintains a min. 2.7 GPA and remains otherwise qualified).

NOTE:

• Recipients notified NLT May 31, 2018.

• Recipients must perform at least ten (10) hours of documented community service each semester of award.
