1) Must be enrolled/enrolling at a U.S. accredited two (2) year college, vocational, technical school or other approved technical institute; 2) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an approved vocational or similar trade-related program; 3) Must plan to completed qualifying trade program after December 1, 2018; 4) First page of applicant’s (or applicant’s parent(s)) most recent 1040 form required; 5) School cost verification form required; 6) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 7) Video, three (3) minutes or less, required; 8) Video must be uploaded to YouTube, consistent with the YouTube’s standard upload instructions and settings; make it public; and include the URL where indicated below; 9) Transcript(s) required; 10) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
