1) Min. 2.3/4.0 GPA; 2) Must be a Carroll County, Maryland resident; 3) FAFSA required NLT July 13, 2018; 4) Must fall below annual adjusted gross income eligibility requirements:

o $100,000.00 if the applicant is single or resides in a single-income household, or

o $150,000.00 if applicant resides in a two (2) income household.

5) Must enroll for classes NLT July 13, 2018.

NOTE:

o The Carroll’s Promise Scholarship does not require an employment service obligation.

o The Carroll’s Promise Scholarship will remain in effect until the Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship begins with the 2019-2020 academic year.
