Tennessee State University, Meharry Medical College, Fisk University, Austin Peay State University, Alabama A &M University, Oakwood University, American Baptist University (Nashville), Drake State Community College

4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5)  Video (1-2 mins. max) required; 6) Photograph required; 7) Transcript(s) required; 8) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
