Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Must be between the ages of 14-19; 2) Must be a registered High School Summer Pass™ participant; 3) Original video, 15-30 seconds, about applicant’s High School Summer Pass experience required; 4) Video submission must be uploaded to TikTok using the hashtags #contest and #HSSP23us and tag Planet Fitness (@PlanetFitness); 5) Scholarship awarded as follows:  Five U.S. (5) entrants will win $10,000.00 scholarships and five (5) Canadian entrants will win $10,000.00 CAD scholarships.

NOTE:

• Canadian high school students ages 14-19 from the following Canadian provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and British Columbia are eligible to enter.

• Canadian entrants must use  the hashtag #HSSP23CAN and tag @Planet Fitness.

• High School Summer Pass entrants can also enter to help their school win a grant for athletic equipment, field renovations, physical fitness classes, health and/or wellness classes.
