1)  Min. 2.75 GPA (undergraduate); 2) Min. 3.0 GPA (graduate students); 3) Must be Jewish; 4) Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older; 5) Must have been a resident of the Greater Los Angeles, California for a min. of three (3) years; 6) Demonstrated financial need; 7) FAFSA required; 8) FAFSA SAR required; 9) 2016 Federal Income Tax return required OR Statement of Nonfiling; 10) Cost of Attendance budget required; 11) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 12) Resume required; 13) Declaration of Legal Domicile Form required; 14) Proof of permanent U.S. residency required if born outside the U.S.; 15) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 16) Resume required; 17) Proof of permanent U.S. residency required if born outside the U.S.; 18) Renewable (provided recipient maintains a min. 3.0 GPA and remains otherwise qualifed).
