1) Must be a high school instrumentalist; 2) Audition required; 3) Audition video must be uploaded to YouTube.com; 4) $10.00 application fee required.
NOTE:
o There are specific instrumental requirements for GRAMMY Camp®– Jazz Session. Please click on the “Auditions” tab for more information.
o The GRAMMY Camp®-Jazz Session will take place January 23-29, 2018 in New York City.
o The GRAMMY® Band brings together the best high school jazz musicians in America for a week-long tour. Participants get to attend The GRAMMY® Awards.
o Four (4) College Partners (Berklee College of Music, Manhattan School of Music, The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music and the USC Thornton School of Music) award scholarships and financial aid totaling $2 million each year for members of the Jazz Session. Also, program participants will have the opportunity to meet and speak with representatives from each of the College Partners on “College Day.”
