Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Min. 3.0 GPA; 2) Must be enrolled at a Historically Black College and University (“HBCU”); 3) Must be enrolled in a Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) Board-Registered Program; 4) Must plan to pursue a degree leading to a career in Financial Planning; 5) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 6) Transcript(s) required; 7) Scholarship award payable in the following installments: Recipients will receive a payment of $1,000.00 toward tuition and fees, which will be made directly to the student’s college or university. Additionally, recipients will receive $1,500.00 travel allowance to cover registration, lodging (two nights), and transportation.

NOTE: Scholarship recipients are required to attend the annual conference. Conference will be held Sunday, September 09, 2018 through Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia.
