1) Must be studying one (1) of the fourteen (14) languages deemed “critical” by the U.S. Department of State; 2) Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; 3) Must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. degree-granting program at the undergraduate (Associate’s, Bachelor’s) or graduate (Master’s, Doctoral, professional degree) level; 4) Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least one (1) academic year of study (two (2) semesters or three (3) quarters); 5) Must be enrolled at home college or university for the Fall 2018 term; 6) Transcript(s) required.
