1) Must maintain “B” GPA; 2) Must be the child or grandchild, including stepchild or legally adopted child of an active member, Retirees Department member, or deceased member of the APWU; 3) Qualifying parent or grandparent must be a full dues paying member or retiree member [as defined in the APWU National Constitution and Bylaws, reference Article 3, Section1, Section 4(d)] in good standing or must have been a member immediately preceding death; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Transcript(s) must be sealed; 6) Scholarship awarded as follows: $2,000.00 per academic year for up to four (4) academic years; 6) Renewable for up to three (3) additional academic years.
