1) Original up to four (4) minute video required; 2) Entrants must submit a video in one (1) of the following two (2) categories based on their school attendance at the time of deadline:
• Age Group One (K-12): Entrants are elementary, middle or high school students
• Age Group Two (post-secondary/college/graduate level): Entrants are students in a post-secondary, college or graduate program
3) Video must be uploaded to YouTube; 4) Proof of enrollment required; 5) Waiver and Submission Form required; 6) Photo Release Form required.
