1) Must be a member of a historically underrepresented group, particularly those who identify as people of color, women, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer (“LGBTQ+”), and/or people with disabilities; 2) Must be enrolled in or transferring into a four (4) year accredited degree program by Spring 2018; 3) Must be studying in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) or related major; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Must creatively share point of view on the importance of Technology; 6) Scholarship awarded as follows:
Grand Prize (1): $20,000.00
Finalists (4): $ 4,000.00
NOTE: Five (5) finalists will be selected for interviews scheduled for December 7, 2017 – December 8, 2017. Box, Inc. will sponsor all travel-related expenses and accommodations.
