Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Min. 2.6 GPA; 2) Must be a California resident; 3) Must have been a California resident at least one (1) year prior to application; 4) Must be enrolled in a California college or university; 5) Must be pursuing a degree leading to a career in Real Estate transactional activity such as Real Estate Brokerage, Finance, Management, Development, Appraisal, Planning, or Law; 6) Must have completed a min. of twelve (12) college level course units within the last four (4) years, at least two (2) of those completed courses must have been Real Estate or Real Estate related studies; 7) At the time of application, applicant must be enrolled for a min. of six (6) college level course units and at least one (1) course must be Real Estate or Real Estate-related; 8) Copy of California license or ID card required; 9) Scholarships awarded as follows: $4,000.00 for students enrolled in a four (4) year college or university and $2,000.00 for students enrolled in a two (2) year college.
