1) Must reside in Montgomery County, Maryland; 2) Must plan to file for naturalization through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS); 3) Must be a legal resident with income under the 300% federal poverty guideline: $36,420.00 for single residents and $75,300.00 for a family of four (4).

NOTE:

• This scholarship can provide up to $300.00 to help offset the $725.00 fee for eligible applicants.

• Recipients may also be eligible for a USCIS fee waiver.
