Additional Requirements and Information:

1)  Must live within the limits of either the City of Tucson or City of South Tucson, Arizona; 2) Must have been impacted by the Covid_19 pandemic in the following ways:

• Work hours reduced

• Illness

• Layoff

• Furlough

• Caring for an ill family member

• Other

3) Scholarship awarded as follows:  Applicants are able to receive up to $2,275.00 per child twelve (12) and under.  There is no limit to the number of children in a family.

NOTE:

• Scholarships will be provided for any child twelve (12) and younger.

• Childcare providers MUST be a DHS licensed child center or group home or a DES certified family child care provider.

• Applicants can apply to receive all or part of past due balances paid.

• Applications are available for both providers and families.
