1)  Min. 2.7 GPA; 2) Must be the child of a active or retired California Highway Patrol employee (uniformed & non-uniformed); 3) Must plan to attend a college, university or vocational school; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Certification Form required; 6) Income estimate for applicant and/or parent(s)/guardian(s) required.

NOTE:

o  Applicants with a GPA under 2.7 who plan to attend a technical school may submit an application and transcript(s) for further consideration.

o  Students may receive up to five (5) years of funding.

o  Deadline for submitting official transcripts – April 30, 2020 (extended).
