Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Undergraduate students must have completed at least sixty (60) or more academic credit hours by the end of the Fall semester; 2) Undergraduate students must be enrolled for a min. of six (6) academic credits in both the Fall semester in which they apply and the following Spring semester; 3) Graduate students must be enrolled for credit in both the Fall semester in which they apply and the following Spring semester in which winners receive their awards; 4) Must attend a mandatory information session; 5) Creative media project proposal required; 6) Project Statement required; 7) Project description required; 8) Project budget required; 9) Plan after Completion required; 10) Project samples (up to 10 samples, video files must be less than 5 mins. in length) required; 11) Letters of recommendation must be from faculty members.

NOTE:
