1) Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; 2) May be a current or former college student, or a woman who forwent college to pursue an idea, company or project; 3) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 4) A list, by year, of activities on and off campus; most recent at top, including names of activities and organizations, and a brief description of responsibilities and contributions required; 5) A list of awards, including the full name of the award, the date won, and any associated prize money required; 6) Photograph required; 7) Slides, CDs, videos, or work samples optional; 8) Scholarship awarded as follows: One (1) one grand prize of $10,000.00 will be awarded and nine (9) $3,000.00 runner-up prizes.
