Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Min. 2.5 GPA;  2)  Must be a constituent in a Congressional Black Caucus member’s district;  3) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited U.S. college or university;  4) Must be pursuing/plan to purse a major in the Visual Arts including, but not limited to, Architecture, Ceramics, Drawing, Fashion, Graphic Design, Illustration, Interior Design, Painting, Photography, Sketching, Video Production and other decorative arts;  5) FAFSA required;  6) FAFSA SAR required;  7) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service required;  8) Resume required;  9) Five (5) original pieces of artwork OR a video submission (2 mins. or less) required;  10) Personal statement required;  11) Photograph required;  12) College or university acceptance letter (High school applicants).
