1) Min. 2.5 GPA; 2) Must be enrolled and be attending K-12 school (public, private or home-schooled are acceptable); 3) Must be a USA Volleyball (“USAV”) junior volleyball player; 4) Must be accepted by a Heart of America registered club; 5) Demonstrated financial need; 6) Parent(s)/guardian(s) 2016 federal income tax return(s) required; 7) Report cards or transcript(s) required; 8) Previous recipients are eligible to apply for this scholarship award.
