Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Must be American Indian or Alaska Native student, health leader, health professional or paraprofessional serving tribal communities; 2) Proof of tribal enrollment or descent from a federally recognized tribe required; 3) Must plan to attend Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health’s Summer Institute courses at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Resume/Curriculum Vitae required; 6) At least one (1) letter of recommendation must be from a faculty advisor detailing applicant’s strengths, interests, aspirations, etc., and be less than two (2) years old; 7) Personal statement required; 8) Transcript(s) required; 9) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
