Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Must plan to attend an accredited U.S. college or university upon graduation; 2) Min. combined SAT score of 1000 or min. ACT composite score of 21; 3) Demonstrated financial need; 4) FAFSA required; 5) FAFSA SAR required; 6) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 7) Proof of U.S. citizenship required; 8) SAT and/or ACT scores required; 9) Photograph required; 10) Finalists interviewed; 11) Scholarship award payable in the following installments: Up to $30,000.00 over four (4) academic years.   Scholars also receive all-expense paid trips to attend JRF’s annual four (4) day “Mentoring and Leadership Conference” in New York City as well as other regional events throughout the year; 12) Renewable for up to three (3) additional academic years (4 total).
