1)  Must be a graduating Kansas high school senior; 2) Scholarships awarded as follows:  Five (5) scholarship entries will be randomly drawn and given out in each of the four (4) Kansas congressional districts. The $2,500.00 will be deposited into a new or existing LearningQuest® 529 Education Savings account for the student to use for qualified educational expenses.
