Additional Requirements and Information:

1)  Must be a resident of Lynn, Massachusetts; 2) Must be a senior graduating from a Lynn, Massachusetts high school; 3) Must be accepted into an accredited college or university; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) College or university acceptance letter required; 6) Letter of recommendation should be from a school official, past or present employer, or community leader.

NOTE:  The LHSF also provides a $5,000.00 grant to a Hispanic Lynn, Massachusetts student that is either an undocumented immigrant, a member of the LGBTQ community, or both. This $5,000.00 scholarship was incorporated into the fund in 2019 and is awarded through a partnership with the Verny Samayoa Foundation.
