1) Min. 3.0 GPA; 2) Must be a current resident of the Northern Berkshire area (including Pownal and Stamford, Vermont) for at least two (2) years; 3) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited post-secondary educational institution degree program; 4) Must have completed at least six (6) academic credit hours in an accredited course of study; 5) Must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older; 6) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 7) Transcript(s) required.

NOTE:

• Must have a definite plan to complete the course of study, to use the desired training to upgrade skills for career enhancements, to train for a new career field OR to re-enter the job market.
