1) Min. 2.4 – 3.5 GPA;  2) Must be a member of an underrepresented racial or ethnic group;  3) Must be a resident of and/or attend school in one of the following zip codes: 98104, 98108, 98118, 98122, 98134, 98144;  4) Must be enrolling in an accredited college or university upon graduation;  5) Demonstrated financial need;  6) Transcript(s) required;  7) Initial scholarships are $5,000.00 with qualifying recipients receiving an additional $5,000.00 in the second year.
