Additional Requirements and Information:
1)   Min. 3.0 GPA;  2) Must be a Dermatology resident or a Physician Associate Dermatology student;  3) Must be enrolled in a U.S.-based accredited Dermatology program; 4) Must be a member of the National Hispanic Medical Association (NHHF); 5) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 6) Curriculum Vitae required; 7) Letter of recommendation must be from a current/former professor or supervisor; 8) Proof of U.S. citizenship, residency, or Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status required; 9) Personal statement required; 10) Transcript(s) required; 11) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
