1) Must be a full-time or part-time employee of an active NICRA member; 2) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited college or university; 3) Demonstrated financial need; 4) FAFSA required; 5) FAFSA SAR required; 6) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 7) Letter of recommendation must be from applicant’s employer who must be a NICRA member in good standing; 8) Transcript(s) required; 9) Scholarships awarded as follows: Ten (10) scholarships, in the following amounts, will be awarded:
