1) Must be a graduating Los Angeles, California high school senior; 2) Must plan to attend a four (4) year college or university upon graduation; 3) Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Medicine; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Bio-sketch/Personal Statement required; 6) Proof of U.S. citizenship or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status required; 7) Letter of recommendation must be from a teacher, school administrator, or someone in the community that can address applicant’s interest in pursuing a career in Medicine; 8) College or university acceptance letter required; 9) Official letter of financial letter required; 10) Transcript(s) required; 11) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
