1) Min. 3.0 GPA; 2) Must be a resident of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, specifically:

District of Columbia:

Maryland: Anne Arundel County, Calvert
County, Charles County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and St. Mary’s County

Virginia: Arlington County, City of Alexandria, Clarke County, Culpeper County, Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, City of Falls Church, Fauquier County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park, Rappahannock County, Spotsylvania County, Stafford County, City of Fredericksburg, and Warren County

West Virginia: West Jefferson County

3) Min. SAT combined score of 900 or min. ACT composite score of 19; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Up to two (2) letters of recommendation may be from school officials; 6) Letters of recommendation must be sealed; 7) North Carolina A & T acceptance letter required; 8) Proof of enrollment at a school within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area required.
