1) Must currently be in foster care OR have been in foster care for at least 180 days (six months) after fourteenth (14th) birthday and exited substitute care at age sixteen (16) or older; 2) Applicants must be in the voucher program as of their twenty-first (21st) birthday; 3) FAFSA required; 4) Scholarship award payable in the following installments: Up to $3,500.00 per academic year.

NOTE: Qualifying students may continue to apply/receive funds until they reach the age of twenty-three (23) as long as they are enrolled in a post secondary education or training program and making satisfactory progress toward completion of that program.
