1) Applicant must have been a resident of the District of Columbia for a min. of twelve (12) months prior to enrollment into selected college/university; 2) Applicant must be twenty-four (24) years or younger; 3) Two (2) options available:a) Public College Option for Undergraduate Students – provides up to $10,000.00 for up to five (5) years at participating public colleges/universities;b) Private College Option – provides up to $2,500.00 per academic year ($12,500.00 max.) for up to five (5) years for a private Washington, D.C. area private college/university or Historically Black College and University (HBCU).NOTE: The DCTAG must be applied for yearly. |
