Additional Requirements and Information:

1) Must be a “person of color;” 2) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited college or university for the entire academic year;  3) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 4) Resume required; 5) At least one (1) letter of recommendation must be from a faculty member at applicant’s current or former school; 6) Photograph required; 7) Transcript(s) required; 8) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.

NOTE:

• Only the first one-hundred (100) applications will be considered.

• Resume, letters of recommendation, transcript(s) and photograph MUST be submitted via email to PLBC@pahouse.net NLT deadline.

• Recipients MUST attend the scholarship awards presentation in Harrisburg.
