1)  Must be a high school sophomore, junior or senior in Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany or St. Charles Parish, Louisiana (public, private, or home-school equivalent); 2) Original artwork, created solely by applicant, and in conjunction with competition theme, required;  3) Scholarship awarded as follows:

• 1st Place – $5,500.00 (+ $500.00 to winner’s high school’s art department)

• 2nd Place – $3,000.00

• 3rd Place – $1,500.00
