1) Min. 2.0/4.0 GPA; 2) High school applicants must reside in one (1) of the fifteen (15) states serviced by Regions Bank (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Texas); 3) College students must be either a legal U.S. resident of one (1) of the following states and/or be enrolled in a school in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Texas; 4) High school students must be thirteen (13) years of age or older; 5) College students must be sixteen (16) years of age or older; 6) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited U.S. college or university; 7) Applicants must write or submit a video essay about an African-American who has inspired and/or motivates applicant; 8) Scholarships awarded as follows: High school seniors are eligible for $5,000.00 scholarships, while undergraduate freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible for $3,500.00 scholarships.NOTE:
