Additional Requirements and Information:

1)  Must have been diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (“ADHD”);  2) Must be under the care of a licensed health care professional for ADHD; 3) Must be accepted to or will be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college, university, trade school, technical school, or vocational school; 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Personal statement required; 6) Scholarship awarded as follows: A $2,000.00 tuition payment and one (1) year of ADHD coaching.
