1) Must plan to attend an accredited U.S. college or university;  2) Min. combined SAT score of 1000 or min. ACT composite score of 21;  3) Demonstrated financial need;  4) FAFSA required;  5) FAFSA SAR required;  6) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities;  7) Proof of U.S. citizenship required;  8) SAT and/or ACT scores required;  9) Photograph required;  10) Finalists interviewed;  11) Scholarship award payable in the following installments: Up to $30,000.00 over up to four (4) academic years; 12) Renewable for up to three (3) additional academic years.
