1)  Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA; 2) Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older; 3) Must be a declared Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related life science field major; 4) Must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university; 5) Official transcript(s) required for selected recipients, but unofficial transcript(s) accepted with application; 6) Scholarships awarded as follows:  Two (2) recipients will receive $10,000.00 scholarships and four (4) recipients will receive $5,000.00 scholarships.
