1) Must be enrolled/enrolling in an accredited college, university or vocational school; 2) Must be enrolled/enrolling in a Public Health/Health Education, Medical School, Nursing and/or Pharmacy degree program; 3) Must have completed at least one (1) academic year of undergraduate school; 4) Must have one (1) or more years of school remaining; 5) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 6) Resume required; 7) Transcript(s) required; 8) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted; 9) Scholarships awarded as follows:
• Ten (10) $10,000.00 scholarships
• Thirty (30) $5,0000.00 scholarships
