1) Must be enrolled in a state or federally recognized tribe or band, or one (1) or more of your parents or grandparents was an enrolled member of a state or federally recognized tribe or band, or you are a permanent U.S. resident or U.S. citizen who is a member of the First Nations of Canada; 2) Demonstrated commitment to issues related to Native American nations; 3) Must be pursuing a Health-related career (Native Healthcare); 4) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 5) Transcript(s) required; 6) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted; 7) Scholarship awarded as follows: Recipients are awarded up to $7,000.00 scholarships. Additionally, recipients are required to attend the Scholar Orientation which is a five (5) day conference held each August in Tucson, Arizona. A travel stipend will be provided.NOTE:
