1) Must have completed at least one (1) academic semester at UMCP; 2) Must be enrolled in one (1) of the College of Behavioral & Social Sciences (“BSOS”) Environmental Science and Policy (“ENSP”) concentrations; 3)  Must be a rising undergraduate junior; 4) Demonstrated financial need; 5) Statement of Financial Need, if any (You do not need to be receiving financial aid/assistance to qualify for this scholarship award; 6) Financial Aid Awards Statement required (if applicant has received financial aid); 7) Demonstrated participation in extracurricular and community service activities; 8) Resume required; 9) Priority consideration given to first generation college students and those who participate in a meaningful extracurricular or non-regular classroom experience; 10) Academic reference must be from a UMCP faculty or staff member; 11) Transcript(s) required; 12) Unofficial transcript(s) accepted.
